It's specially made to fit up to 20-inch folding bicycle.
The material is MADE IN JAPAN, and the sewing is done in Japan.

The bag is designed not only to be used for train transportation in Japan, but also can make it strong enough to be checked in as baggage for international flights by incorporating reinforcements inside the bag to make the foldable reinforced cloth bag as strong as a semi-hard case.

By including a protective pads material inside, the bag can also be used for transporting bicycles on airplanes.
